French animal sculptor.
He studied at the schools of Fine Arts and Decorative Arts from 1924 to 1928. From 1938 he was a member of the National Society of Fine Arts.
Famous for its Art Deco-style animal sculptures made using predominantly bronze, granite and marble.
He creates some sculptures of a woman with one or more dogs together with Ugo Cipriani, signed Menneville and Rochard.
